Shipping & Handling

The average delivery times for standard delivery are:

• 4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas
• 7-10 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
• 10-15 days International

Please note that these are average times based on information provided by our delivery agents and we cannot guarantee delivery within these times.

The Adelaide Store uses delivery agents to deliver your goods.

By placing an order, you agree that your details, including your delivery address, will be supplied to the delivery agent for the purpose of delivering your goods.

We are able to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery is available within Australia and internationally.

Once delivered, you must inspect and test the goods and ensure the goods delivered match your order. You must let us know about any damaged, missing and incorrect goods as soon as possible by contacting us by email at thewarehouse@adelaide.edu.au.

Express Post delivery times and conditions :   

• Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but next-business-day guarantee is currently suspended. Items may take 1-4 business days.
• Express post delivery is available within Australia only and can be selected when you checkout.
• Express post orders placed before 3pm^ Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same business day.
• Express post orders placed on weekends or after 3pm^ Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next business day.
